We used combination of (2) heating mats. Both mats are started right by the thermostat location. 54.9ft long heating mat starts with (3) rows of 53" long each, following with (3) long rows wall to wall, and finishing with (2) small 30" rows. 36.6ft long heating mat covers the rest of heating area around the isle.
HTMATKIT-240-60 and HTMAT-240-90 is the best fitted combination for this kitchen.
