For 288 sqft room, combination of (3) heating mat systems was suggested. All three mats start by the thermostat location. One HTMAT-240-100 runs to the right and covers right part of the heating area, second HTMAT-240-100 runs down and covers bottom part of the area, HTMAT-240-60 will cover the rest of heating area between two HTMAT-240-100.
The powder room will be covered with three rows of HTMAT-240-60.
