Warm your floors. This 40 sq ft electric radiant heating mat kit covers a mid-size bathroom, kitchen, or entryway with even, whisper-quiet warmth—right beneath your finished floor.

At just 1/8" thick, the mat won't raise your floor height, making it a natural fit for renovations and new builds alike. Heating cables are pre-spaced at 3" intervals (adjustable to 2" or 4" for custom heat density) and bonded to a dual-sided adhesive mesh backing that can be cut, flipped, and rotated to fit any room shape—no rigid rectangle required. A 10 ft cuttable cold lead makes wiring connections simple. (Just remember: cut the mesh, never the blue heating cable.)

Every kit includes the OJ Microline UDG-4999 thermostat with a 7-day programmable schedule and a built-in Class A GFCI (5mA) for protected, code-conscious installations, plus a 15 ft floor sensor for accurate temperature control. The system is UL/ETL listed and rated for wet locations, so it's suited to bathrooms and other moisture-prone spaces.
