Warm your bathroom, kitchen, or mudroom floor with this complete 240V electric radiant floor heating system. Covering 120 sq ft, the kit is everything you need for a professional-quality installation — no extra parts required.

The 1440W heating mat (20" wide × 73.2 ft long) is just 1/8" thick, so it won't raise your finished floor height. A self-adhesive fiberglass mesh backing sticks directly to the subfloor without stapling, and the pre-spaced heating cables at 3" intervals deliver even, consistent warmth across the entire surface. The mesh can be cut and turned to fit any room shape — just never cut the heating cable itself. Cable spacing is adjustable to 2" or 4" to match your project requirements.

The included OJ Microline UDG-4999 thermostat features a built-in Class A GFCI (5 mA) with self-test, dual air and floor sensing, and a 7-day programmable schedule — so you only heat when you need to. A 15 ft floor sensor is included. Rated for wet-location use (bathrooms, showers). UL/ETL listed for the USA and Canada.
