Return Policy


All unused, uncut and undamaged products can be returned within 120 days from the purchase date. No restocking fees will apply. See details below.

Important: All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form, which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service.
Returns without RMA Form may be delayed for processing, rejected or subject to processing fees.

Preparing item(s) for return:

1. Regardless of the reason for return, the product should not be shipped in its’ factory packaging alone. I must be packed in a larger box with sufficient cushioning/void fill to prevent damage during transit - regardless of whether reason for return is “Damaged” or otherwise.
2. Enclose the RMA Form with the returned product inside the box, or outside in a packing pouch.
3. If HeatTech is responsible for return shipping costs, either we will provide you with a shipping label, or the carrier driver will bring you the label at the time of pickup. Otherwise, the package may be shipped as instructed using UPS, FedEx or USPS service.
4. Keep the tracking number for your records to assure timely delivery to our processing facility.

Processing times:

When return is prepared in accordance with instructions above, it is typically processed within 3-5 business days of package receipt.

If product is no longer needed:

It can be returned for a full refund less shipping charges (if any) within 120 days from the purchase date. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Product must be new, unused, undamaged, uncut, with all original contents and in resalable condition.

If you received wrong product:

We will replace such products at no additional charge as long as the error is reported within 14 days from the delivery date. After that, it will be the duty of the customer to pay for associated return shipping charges. Product must be new, unused, undamaged, uncut, with all original contents and in resalable condition. Standard 120-day return policy applies.

If product arrived damaged:

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to customer. The damage must be reported within 5 days from the delivery date. Customers should not attempt to send the product back without our consent - otherwise, carrier will refuse to reimburse us for the damaged package.

If product is defective:

We will replace defective products at no additional cost to you if defect is reported within 30 days from the delivery date. After 30 days, and while product warranty is in effect, it will be the duty of the customer to pay for the return shipping.

Cancellations:

Only orders that were not shipped can be cancelled. Since most of the orders ship the same day, request to cancel order should be received as soon as possible. If the order was shipped, it will be necessary to go through the standard return process described above.
